The Group of Seven (G7) Countries is a working coalition of the world’s largest economies. The G7 countries include the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, Germany, France, and Italy.
The leaders of the G7 countries typically meet once a year to discuss political and economic topics that are of common concern. In addition, the G7 finance ministers meet several times a year to review monetary policies.
